Have a chat with your artist/writer and figure out when will be the best day for you both to post your completed work. When you've chosen your date, one person from your collab team can leave a comment on this post claiming it.
If you're working on multiple collabs, consider leaving some space between posting dates.
Don't forget the 23rd October deadline is coming up soon! On that day you'll be emailing your mostly finished work to the mods. You can continue to tinker between then and your chosen posting date.
