Just a reminder that today is the overall deadline for the PoI Big Bang challenge!

i had previously said everyone had to submit their finished works to the mod email. I'm not going to require that this year, but you can if you want an extra backup.

December is a week away. Obviously you know when your posting dates are, so those are your real goals to aim at. Best of luck and godspeed if you're still frantically creating, and get excited! We are almost at the point where we get to see what everyone else has been working on.

Have a chat with your artist/writer and figure out when will be the best day for you both to post your completed work. When you've chosen your date, one person from your collab team can leave a comment on this post claiming it.

If you're working on multiple collabs, consider leaving some space between posting dates.

Here's the FAQ and Schedule. The main thing to know is that art is due in December, posting dates to be determined at Date Claims.

As a reminder for everyone, Date Claims are coming up on the 3rd of November. Writers, make sure you are sending your Artist something to read when you can, so they can get started on making art.

PoI Big Bang Artists, it's your time to join in!

1) Read through the summaries below, choose a fic, and reply to this post with the number next to the summary.

2) Summaries are first come, first served. Check the comments before you reply.

3) Writers, keep an eye on this post too! When your fic is claimed, find out how to send your current draft to your artist and how you want to communicate with them for the rest of the Bang. Dreamwidth has private messaging for sharing email addresses, don't do that on the community (beware of spam bots). You can also check the Artist Signups post for their usernames on Discord etc.

4) Artists, the draft your receive will be incomplete, so be kind to squishy writer brains as you get this glimpse into their creative process.

5) If you're interested in claiming a summary but you're not already signed up as an artist, please do that first.

6) We currently have five writers and six artists. If we have summaries left unclaimed, we will do a second round of art claims next Sunday.

7) Put November 3rd in your calendar! That's when you and your collab partner will choose a date in December to post your completed fic/art together.

If you do not submit a summary, I will assume you've dropped out of the Bang. You will not be guaranteed art for your fic. So if you're still writing with us, please don't forget to do this.

Hello, Person of Interest fic writers!

Summaries are due next Sunday, October 6th. Then the week after that, we'll do Art Claims!

Think about how to explain your 10,000 word fic to artists so they'll want to create something for you. Aim for 100 words or less.

Here's the form if you want to prepare ahead of time:

If you're not sure you can finish your fic by December, you might want to consider dropping out by deleting your comment on the signup post. If you don't submit a summary next week, I will assume you've dropped out. You can still drop out at a later date but you risk disappointing your artist if they've started making art for your fic and then they can't post.

Artist Signups will remain open until all fics are claimed. Artists can sign up HERE.

February 2012. The rest of Team Leverage finally makes it to Montserrat only to end up on a job. Parker is having feelings that have nothing to do with emeralds. The latest Number turns out to be five months old and Steve and Chin head off into the forest to protect a witness while Danny is called away.
