Big Bang Reminder: Rough Draft Check In Approaching (1 week left)

Deadline is 21:00 UTC on August 30th [countdown link]

 

Here's how to check in:

 

1) Open a new email. Address it to poi.fanworks@gmail.com

2) Copy/paste this template into the body of the email and fill it out:

 

Title:

Relationships:

Characters:

Rating: (use AO3 system)

Summary: (<100 words)

Warnings: (use AO3 system)

Art Wishlist: (what media you're open to, hoping for, any ideas)

3) Attach your fic and outline (5000 words minimum). Send.

Prematched writers won't appear on the art claims post, but please email us your rough draft anyway. You can skip step 2.

If you need to drop out, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Art claims will open on August 31st (or as soon as everyone has emailed in their drafts and summaries).

During art claims, prematched artists can claim secondary fics to work on if they would like.

Artists just now finding out about the Big Bang can continue to sign up until claims close.

Artists will need to be signed up in order to claim fic summaries.

Just wanted to let you know: I'm signed up for complementary art, but will be away from keyboard when the claims post goes up, through Sept 5. (Or, I may have some keyboard access but I can't count on it.) I don't mind going last in sign-ups, just want to let you know in case you start wondering why you haven't heard from me. :)
